The Embassy of Ireland in Kampala is a diplomatic mission that was established in Uganda in 1994 to represent the political, economic, social and cultural interests of the Government of Ireland in Uganda. First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Japanese people living in Uganda and the people of Uganda for their heartfelt sympathy and warm encouragement over the Great East Japan Earthquake which occurred in March 2011.
