In the last couple of years the company has been heavily involved in the security sector reform (SSR) for the reconstruction of the Armed Forces of Liberia and has performed very well as a subcontractor for the US companies- DynCorp International and PAE in facilitating the implementation of their programs of infrastructure rehabilitation in the country. Moreover, the company is also involved in the human resource development by providing job training opportunities for some students studying at Stella Maris Polytechnic, University of Liberia and other institutios of higher learning meanly in the areas of construction and business management. Stay on the human resource development, LRDC is also providing scholarship opportunity for Liberian students. It is hopeful that when educated, they may contribute in the rebuilding of our country.
