Our Mission: “developing and nurturing entrepreneurial skills among people with emphasis on starting income generating activities that are sustainable in communities.” Our Vision: “creating a new generation of young leaders who are economically independent, socially responsible and politically active.” Our belief is that: “The strongest injustice facing Uganda and other African countries is not poverty, diseases, corruption, insecurity or lack of access to education, but, the more profound challenge is the failure of the education system to empower youth as leaders to solve those challenges.” Our theory of change is that: “As a movement of inspired, active, skilled and engaged women entrepreneurs is built, their thinking will be re-framed to confidently take charge of their lives, build strong business partnerships and create collective actions towards community development.”
