About us Child Evangelism Fellowship of Uganda started its work way back in 1964 by A missionary who come from Rwanda called Rev. Stephen Rutuna. The fellowship comes to stand still during the Amini’s regime in 1973, when some Christian organizations and churches were prevented from functioning in Uganda.
