Who We Are Elevate translates scaleable, evidence-based research into action. We envision a world in which every child —regardless of how much money they have or where they were born— is able to reach his or her full potential through access to high quality education. Our Mission Elevate is dedicated to improving the lives of thousands of children across Uganda by working with government partners to catalyze systems change and improve education service delivery. We aim to increase equitable access to high quality education for the children who need it most.
