About Us Faith Discipleship ministries International (FAMI) is non-profit, Inter-racial, Interdenominational Christian Organization that was started by Ugandans from different denominations and registered as an indigenous NGO in Uganda.Who we are FAMI History On 13th, November, 2013, Some Ugandans from different denominations started an organization called Faith Discipleship ministries International (FAMI) with the aim of carrying out Evangelism and Discipleship. FAMI was first registered with Iganga District community Development office as a community based organization and later in 2014 was transformed into a Non Government Organization (NGO) and registered with a national NGO Board under registration Number 10571 with an acronym “FAMI”. This follows re-organization and re-branding to take care of the growing demand, meet the over changing of spiritual, physical, emotional, social and economic welfare of people in the community and those serving in the church.
