About HOPE AND PEACE FOR HUMANITY
Hope and Peace for Humanity (HPH), Uganda is a registered indigenous NGO founded by highly committed and motivated volunteers to contribute towards a process of restoring hope, improving the quality of life of persons and communities infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, OVCs child mothers, formerly abducted children and children born in captivity including extremely vulnerable individuals through health promotion, education, economic empowerment, food security and peacebuilding for self-reliance. HPH has a vision of a socio-economically empowered, peaceful, healthy, and hopeful community whose rights are recognized and upheld especially children and women in post-conflict communities. Over years of work on the topic, HPH has built up good relationships and access to the target group, through working relationships with local government, schools, and organizations working on children and HIV/AIDS in Northern Uganda.
