Navigators of Development Association (NAVODA) is an indigenous Non-Governmental, Natural Resources, Environmental and Bio-diversity Conserving Organization operating in the Albertine region aimed at promoting Conservation and Good Governance; Mainstream Environment and Natural resources in Development, promoting  Transparency and Accountability Advocacy Campaigns, Human rights protection and promotion advocacy Access to Justice, Partnership and Networking. It empowers and sensitises the communities on the benefits of conserving the Natural Resources, land and Human Rights advocacy. It encourages the citizen to demand for the Good Governance, Transparency and accountability on Natural Resources in the extractive industry.
