Pearls of Africa Special Needs Centres (PASNEC) was registered with the NGO Board of Uganda on 23 February 2012. We are now a Ugandan registered Trust number T.37822. Our vision is to give quality of life, love and acceptance to people with special needs in a holistic manner. Our Mission is to provide high quality sustainable educational and vocational services that show the Christian love of God. Our goal is that each child should develop as much as possible physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Our aims are: To provide an assessment service for all disabilities for babies and children. To advise on environment/ house adaptations at home to accommodate a disability. To encourage each child to develop as fully as possible - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
