Macro Manpower Ltd was founded by a three former professional emigrants to the Eastern World. Between 2005 and 2011, the Macro Manpower Ltd founders received and whetted learned experience in security, data base management, human resource administration at various international bases located in Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon return to Uganda, in 2016, Macro Manpower Ltd was born out this vast experience, to identify unique work opportunities, place skilled and semi-skilled Ugandan youths, monitor and evaluate performance at both fronts of operation. In one year alone, over 500 indigenous youths were placed in various jobs in UAE, Qatar. By default, this directly translated into millions of dollars of revenue at home, and reduced burden on the Ugandan economy indirectly. To date, Macro Manpower Ltd has not looked back in identifying traditional and non-typical work opportunities regionally and internationally for returnee migrant workers as well as new entrants in the work market.
