SAF-Teso is a Human Rights Advocacy Organization ,we are working with Iteso/Ateker Cultural Union and Soroti Rotary Club to stregthen Health,Economic ,Social and Cultural programs. SAF-TESO programs are geered towards improving governance, accountability abd we do this through collaboration with political parties, CSOs and media. I am writing seeking for partnership program with your most esteemed organization to strenthen Democracy, Governance, Election processes, civic education ,research and Human Rights Programs in the Teso and Karamoja sub-Regions. These two sub regions are cery weak, poorest and have highest incidences of human rights abuses.
