Baroda Capital Markets (U) Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda (U) Ltd. incorporated on 23rd April, 1997 to carry out business of Broker/Dealers in Capital Markets. It is located within the Bank premises at Plot 18, Kampala Road, Kampala, exactly opposite the Bank's Head office.

It is a Licensed Dealing Member (LDM) with Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) and operates under license issued by Capital Markets Authority, Uganda. Baroda Capital Markets (U) Ltd. has been given prestigious position by appointing the company as member of Governing Council of USE, the apex body of securities & exchange board of the country.
