The National Pedagogical University is the first and only pedagogical university created by the Congolese government at the end of Presidential Decree No. 05/007 of 23 February 2005. It inherited its creation and commitments stipulated on behalf of National Pedagogical Institute (IPN ex) and its movable and immovable heritage. MISSIONS OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY TEACHING The mission assigned to the National Pedagogical University by the Congolese state is as follows: Provide training for design professionals in all the various fields of national life. As such, it provides teaching enrolled in its programs in order to promote the emergence of new ideas and skills development. Organize basic and applied scientific research oriented towards solving specific problems of the country, given the evolution of science, engineering and technology in the world.
