We are Bergast House and we are on a mission to help progressive African Brands make their mark on the global stage through creativity. Perhaps the first question on everybody's lips is what does Bergast mean? Well, apart from sounding really cool, we just couldn't find the perfect word to describe what we do. So we followed the advice of one great trailblazer "if you can't find a word that describes the way you feel, makes your own". So Bergast House was born, and we do work that leaves our audience 'flabbergasted'. At Bergast House, we believe in, 1. The fight against the ugly, 2. Creatively solving problems, and 3. Delivering on our promises. That's why we resonate with the bible character, David. If you look closely, you will notice that our logo is a stylized image of the sculpture of David by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. This is where our internal payoff line comes "we bring down giants" comes from.
