This is operating as sub division of Tegram Non Formal Organization. The Theory Classes are a set of theoretical lessons that include topics regarding traffic rules, principles of safe driving, how to control the vehicle, how to avoid road hazards, how to deal with road users, driving ethics, and how to face emergencies . Qualified teachers delivers the lessons in many languages in one ( 1) week and will be supported by pictures ,modern educational aids in school classrooms. If the trainee passes the theoretical test, he/she can join training for the practical test provided he has learners license. In case of not passing that test, he/she should reapply for another test same day
