East Africa Global Insurance Company Non Life "EGIC-NV" in acronym, is an insurance company established in Burundi which comes to revolutionize the field of insurance.

It obtained its final approval by decision n ° 540/93/001 of 20/12/2018 from the President of the Insurance Supervision and Regulation Commission.

It is registered in the Trade Register under RC n ° 06413.

It is a public limited company under Burundian law whose purpose is the marketing of insurance products in Burundi, with the possibility of expanding its activities in the sub-region, and in the East African Community in particular.

The creation of EGIC-NV is based, in the vision of its promoters, on the concept of an insurance company based on a large and diversified shareholder base.
