Before, anyone who wanted our food had only one option and this was coming at our restaurant.

We understand that It’s not possible for our customers to make it to the table of our restaurant all the time because we know that they sometimes have to be connected to their jobs or any other commitment and Its on this background that we came up with a service where our customers can order and have their meals delivered to them at their offices, homes, hospitals, schools, seminars and workshops, etc. Quite convenient, isn’t it?

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Time frame. Each delivery takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on your location. However, While we will do everything we can to meet this delivery time frame, delivery times may sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delivery occurrences.

Delivery fee.

A small delivery fee applies. This will not be much and is based on distance from our restaurant. It ranges between 2000 -6000 for most deliveries in Kampala and its suburbs.
Delivery Service is available Monday – Sunday 12pm – 6pm.

Customer Delay

If the delivery team delivers the food and the customer takes over 20 minutes to pick it, the delivery man will have to leave. Should the customer call back requesting for the delivery, they will be expected to pay an extra delivery fee.

Changing the order

It’s sometimes very difficult to interrupt the chef when he is in the middle of preparing your order. However, Please call us right away and we will do whatever we can to accommodate. Correct information. The customer is required to provide the right information in regard to their phone numbers and delivery address.

Delivery Zone:

We deliver to destinations that are in a radius of 10km from our restaurant (Bukesa) and for deliveries outside our normal delivery zone, a special arrangement can be made.
