Is delivery really free or are there any hidden costs that are not published?

All quoted prices include delivery to your premises. We would only charge for delivery if the order is split across different locations. There are no hidden costs involved. Once we have designed the artwork and approved the designed work cost in full as a proforma invoice or invoice will be delivered or emailed to you. We advice you on V.A.T fee.

Will you require an L.P.O to commerce work?

Definitely “yes” we would require a local purchase order form signed by the client or written document signed authorizing the work on our client’s product to start.

What if l don’t have an L.P.O. but want work to be done for me?

We understand all our clients’ situations and always try to make things easy for them. Well you will be required to pay three quarters of the quoted amount and the last one quarter is payable as soon as delivery of goods is effected.
