Holiday Express Hotel is one of Uganda’s leading hotels. Its affordability and central location in the heart of Kampala City where all the action begins make it unique.

The Hotel has recently been refurbished and equipped with the latest modern facilities in the business to ensure our customers have a pleasant stay.

We now boast of 59 fully air conditioned rooms with internet connection and 41 sound-proofed deluxe twin and double rooms making a total capacity of 159 beds in 100 rooms.

The hotel also features a recently renovated multimedia business center complete with full internet access, secretarial and fax services.

In addition to the hotel being centrally located, Holiday Express Hotel boasts of a great view of the city with most of the Kampala’s attractions in view.

We are located in a public-transport convenient area at the corner of Luwum and Dustur Streets in Kampala’s main shopping district . Majority of Kampala’s shopping malls are within a walking distance.

Conferences

Due to our central location and easy access Holiday Express Hotel is a favorite choice for conferences and meetings. In return the hotel has invested greatly in improving the facilities needed to make these functions successful, resourceful and fun.

The Hotel has three conference halls with capacities of 50, 80 and 206 people. Facilities include :

Wedding Events

At Holiday Express Hotel, we understand that your wedding day is a very important day of your life. We therefore spare nothing to make sure that it is also the happiest and most memorable one.

Our services range from planning the event with you to catering services including wedding cakes, reception and after party eats and drinks.
We employ qualified event planners to help you with the arrangements. We are also fully staffed and experienced in our catering department and therefore, you are guaranteed a successful event.

Our fully air conditioned and sound proofed function room/hall is available on prior booking arrangements.

Laundry Services

Holiday Express Hotel puts a lot of emphasis on cleanliness because we do understand how this is important to all our guests. All bed linen and covers are cleaned, pressed and changed daily.
We also provide same day laundry services to our guests. This service includes all types of personal effects delivered right to your room. For details, just ask at the reception.

The Restaurant

The Holiday Express Hotel restaurant has a sitting capacity of 80 people and serves savory local and international delicacies. The menu ranges from the fast-food/quick-bite kind of food to full course authentic specialized cuisines.

The restaurant is designed to give you a relaxing atmosphere. We invite you to enjoy our favorite local  dishes; cooked tastefully by our experienced chefs and laid out in a royal fashion.

The Holiday Express Hotel restaurant offers a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends and family over a drink or cup of coffee.

The Bar

The Holiday Express Hotel has 2 well stocked bars located on the first floor of the hotel building next to the main restaurant.
They both offer nice views of the city action down below. It is an ideal venue to unwind and relax after a hard day. It is also an interesting place to meet colleagues or friends for a drink or a meal.
The bars are well stocked with all your favorite brands of beers, liquors and wines (both international and local brands).

They are open 7 days a week from 9AM to 12 Midnight except on special days. Please come and sample our outstanding service and drinks.
