Located at the foot of Nakasero hill, this market offers both indoor and outdoor sections offering fresh food, textiles, souvenirs, shoes and electronics. 

MAKERERE UNIVERSITY

Uganda's largest and third-oldest institution of higher learning, originally established in 1922 as a technical school, the university now encompasses 10 individual colleges.
