Many times copied but never matched. Yes before Alexandre all breads were square, no round bread was to be found in Kenya, let alone sourdough.

At Alexandre, we truly love what we do, we are artisan, and we love to work with natural ingredients, we are against any shortcuts in our traditional way to produce. We reject any form of mass production that would require the use of chemicals or ersatz.

People say we are the best why? Just because we use the best. Fresh, natural ingredients, simple as that.

Why is it always fresh? Because we have many happy returning gourmet customers, and what’s not sold during the day is collected by The Children’s Home which we support for the last 11 years.
