To create and maintain an enabling environment that promotes the development and sustainable growth of micro, small and medium enterprises and cooperatives.

To stimulate economic growth, create wealth and employment opportunities and promote sustainable environmental conservation practices among MSMEs and Cooperatives, thereby reducing poverty.
