Water Education WASH clubs have been formed in schools to oversee the implementation WASH related activities and planting a tree seedling per child. Participatory education through workshops, music dance and drama, exchange visits; competitions (essay writing, are used to stimulate the thinking of the children and community members. This is augmented by practical / simple exercises for children practiced both at school and at home AWEC facilitates community dialogues where environmental considerations are incorporated into all development.
