Objective of THE UGANDA BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATION(UBPOA)
The
objectives of the association include:
- Operate as an advocacy agent for the BPO members, stakeholders and Operators.
- Advocate for the enactment of public private partnership operations
- Lobby the Government of Uganda to implement laws and policies that will facilitate the growth of the Industry.
- Work with NITA-U, the government implementing agency in ensuring that the working standards and ethical guidelines are adhered to by all members.
- Help in creating sustainable capacity in the Industry.
