The Lesotho Textile Exporters Association (LTEA) was established in 1993 as a "friendly society" under Lesotho's Friendly Societies Act (1996) and registered with Lesotho's Registrar of Trade Unions and Employer Associations as an employer association in 2002. It represents the majority of manufacturers in the country. Objectives • To provide the industry with a common voice on issues affecting it. • To promote Lesotho textile and garment products in the region and internationally. • To work with members to build the industry's reputation as a responsible sourcing destination.
