Cityflex Bulk & Express Services Ltd. commenced operations as Cityflex Express Ltd incorporated under the companies and allied matters Act 1990 as a limited company in June 2007. After several years of operation in the Nigerian Courier & Logistics Industry the company expanded its scope & Interest into the Oil and Gas industry, procurement, offshore marine services, liner shipping, among other activities and changed its name in 2014 to Cityflex Integrated Services Ltd with the Bulk and Express unit focusing on courier, haulage, express mail, mailroom management and among other activities. The Business operations and Clientele base of the unit grew and led to the registration of the Bulk and Express arm hence Cityflex Bulk and Express Services Ltd in February 2016.
