BHN was founded in Nigeria as Blackwood Hodge, a subsidiary of John Blackwood Hodge UK, in 1948. It was originally set up for sales & service of earthmoving, mining & road works equipment. In 1973 it was listed on Lagos Stock Exchange and the reigns of leadership passed on totally to Tolaram Group in 1991. In 2001, the business model and the operations were re-engineered to its present vision: “To be the market leader in Haulage Logistics in Nigeria which will ev entually pave the way to become a complete Logistics Solution provider” BHN has over time carved its niche and has become a premium haulage service provider in Nigeria.
