Legal Services Because we monitor all emerging issues in employment and labour laws both in Kenya and beyond, we are uniquely equipped to advise and represent our members on complex employment and labour issues at reasonable fees. FKE has represented employers in contentious matters before the Employment and Labour Relations Court and other courts since 1959. Our legal experts are at hand to offer services in specializations including terminations, dismissals, redundancies, union recognitions, strikes and lock outs among others in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Nyeri and Kericho.

Employment legislation in Kenya has become increasingly complex over the past number of years. The need for organisations to ensure compliance with legislation is greater than ever, as the level of claims and fines are increasing each year.

Every FKE member has access to a legal advisor who together with our dedicated knowledge centre and our legal services provide comprehensive advice on interpretation of employment legislation, best practice and human resource management and industrial relations issues.
