Our Banking, Security and Finance Department is credited with efficiency and expeditious turnaround time and ably undertakes perfection of securities within the least time possible. We are appointed as panel lawyers for Three Tier One Banks, Two Tier 2 Banks, a Microfinance Bank, Five Saccos and an Investment Bank among other financial Institutions where inter alia, we advise on the form and content of security documents, drafting and preparing various security documents such as charges, debentures, commercial benefit agreements, personal guarantees and chattel mortgages.
