ALP advices employers on all aspects of employment law – dispute resolution and advisory. On the dispute resolution side, our work often involves defending corporate clients against unfair dismissal claims and representing our clients in union and labour relations matters. On the advisory side, our employment practitioners render a wide range of services including: drafting employment contracts for executives and senior management staff, handbooks and regulations in compliance with Nigerian law; design and implementation of employee benefit schemes.
