We act as a buying house for our clients, understanding their business and market needs, and identifying and sourcing appropriate products, machinery and technology. The company was founded in South Africa in 1975 by Mr. Ezra Russo, a Belgian national with many years of trading experience in Central Africa. We initially began by sourcing and supplying South African made commercial goods to various companies in Central Africa. In 1989 a division, headed by Joseph Russo (engineer), was created to service the growing technical and engineering demands of the market. The company comprises of two distinct areas of activity, namely: Trading (Import – Export) and Engineering procurement services for the construction, industrial and mining industries, which compliment each other.
