About Julde Engineering Services limited(JESL)

Julde Engineering Services limited (JESL) is a fully registered Company in Uganda under the Republic Law (Cap.85 of the laws of Uganda) of 1996. The company was established on 11th January 2012 and operating under registration number 142594 issued by Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).

Our expertise spans from pre-construction services to complete turn-key construction projects. Within a short span of time, JESL is held in esteem throughout the electrical and civil construction Industry in the East Africa region. We believe that our success lies in our commitment to understanding and meeting our clients’ requirements for safety, workmanship, on- time-delivery and value-for-money.

With the fast changing environment and up gradating of technology, we commit ourselves to improvisation of our procedures and techniques and to continuous development. With the willingness to explore the opportunities ahead, we welcome future with confidence and high-spirited strength.

QUALITY STATEMENT

JESL is committed to consistently provide quality services and products that meet and exceed customer and regulatory requirements through continuous improvement to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Our objective is to attain an ISO certification by in FY2015.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We actively encourage growth and development in all our staff and view skills development and capacity building as a critical component of our business. In addition to on the job training and close mentorship, we find short training courses as well as college diplomas for any of our staff interested in further studies and personal development - the total amount budgeted for the current financial year about 5% of our total salary bill. Areas for training and development include fitting and turning, fabrication and any befitting engineering related advancement/ training programmes.
