About Kamro Capital

Working Capital is the lifeline for any business however, Micro, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (MSMEs) still find it hard to access short term financing to meet their daily cash flow needs. Kamro Capital was thus established to provide quick and simple credit to MSMEs.

The credit is in form of either invoice discounting (Kamro finances invoiced work) or invoice factoring (Kamro collects invoiced payments on your behalf) both at a small fee. Invoice financing comes with many benefits such as:

  • Instant access to cash to fulfil orders, take on new business and grow sales.
  • Reduces the time spent waiting and chasing after customers for payment.
  • Your funding limit grows as your business grows.

The Problem:

We target Small and Growing Businesses with limited or no access to credit from mainstream providers due to;

  • Lack of collateral to pledge as security
  • Poor / Limited or No historical credit data
  • Complex and often lengthy loan application procedures by traditional lenders
  • Available solutions are usually not linked or structured to the business

Our Solution:

We provide Quick & Simple credit to small and growing businesses thereby solving their problem of having limited or no access to credit due to lack of collateral, historical credit data, complex and often lengthy processes from existing lenders.

As such we provide a web-based working capital solution Pesasa advancing cash to vendors against invoices to their credible buyers for tenures between 7 to 30 days based on paying patterns of their key buyers. The buyers must agree to confirm the invoices and payment terms or to in some instances pay Kamro directly on the invoice due date.

Sector Focus:

We are largely sector agnostic but with a bias for Health and Agriculture simply because they are very important factors for survival in frontier and emerging markets. Any positive impact in these sectors has a direct uplift effect on livelihoods.
