Question. DO YOU DELIVER TO A WORK ADDRESS?

Answer:
We ask that you provide the correct billing address details when submitting your order. If you request a business address for delivery please make sure you enter the address as completely as possible including if necessary, business name, building name, floor, department etc.

Question. HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM FOR EXCHANGE?

Question. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Answer:
If we have the item in stock at our retail store or warehouse and your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will take approximately; –
Harare deliveries
- 1 hour for the tyres to be ready for fitting (on a working day during normal working hours) for payments received before 12 noon.
- 2 hours to deliver the tyres at your chosen location in Harare (on a working day during normal working hours) for payments received before 12 noon.
Outside Harare deliveries
- Out of Harare deliveries will take approximately 2 to 3 working days (major factor being the delivery destination, the further from Harare the longer it takes). However, if the tyres are available at our warehouses or fitment partners stores in your town, delivery will be with 2 hours for orders with payments received before 12 noon.

Question. IF I AM ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE ZIMBABWE, AM I LIABLE FOR IMPORT TAXES?

Answer:
Customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change so we would advise you to contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order. We will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of a recipient’s refusal to pay customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by Tyre Club Fitment Centre as a result of the recipient’s refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
