Litigation & Arbitration

KMA represents clients in complex civil and criminal litigation, corporate investi- gations and international arbitrations. The Firm has a large litigation practice and has been involved in many leading litigation and arbitration cases in Uganda in the recent years. We represent clients in diverse areas of civil law and we are involved in litigation matters in every tier of civil judicial fora.

The Firm has the infrastructure, which enables them to handle cases from inception to conclusion within the Firm. The Firm also provides clients, both local and international, with comprehensive dispute resolution expertise including litigation, arbitration and negotiated settlements. The Firm advises reviews and finalizes pleadings while instructing eminent Counsel in keenly contested commercial and corporate disputes.
