Caritas Rwanda was established in 1960 by Catholic Bishops of Rwanda. It was officially recognized as a non-profit organization by the ministerial order nr 499/08 in 1962, and became a non-governmental organization according to the law no 06/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the management and governance of religion-based institutions in Rwanda. Since 1965, Caritas Rwanda was integrated in an extended Caritas Organization known as, Caritas Internationalis, which is an international confederation of all Caritas organizations in the world. At the moment Caritas Rwanda is operating countrywide through Diocesan Caritas, Parish Caritas, sub-parish and Small Christian Communities’ Caritas.

The Protestant Council of Rwanda (CPR) is a public and religious based organizations founded by 4 protestant Churches in 1963 and obtained its legal status through the ministerial order No 112/08 of 5th November 1963. As time went on, it grew tremendously to currently count 19 churches and 5 Christian organizations.

FXB Rwanda is a local Non-Governmental Organization, affiliated to FXB International, with a broadened experience in implementing community development programs.
FXB Rwanda started its work in 1995 under FXB International created in 1989. In 2012, FXB Rwanda was registered as a local Non-Governmental Organization and continued to be affiliated to FXB International.
In the last 26 years, FXB Rwanda has success- fully implemented more than 45 programs with the aim of lifting up exposed communities from extreme poverty and vulnerability. Through its implemented programs, FXB Rwanda has directly and indirectly supported more than 1,3 million of beneficiaries and reached more than 3,500,000 community members all across Rwanda.

Inades-Formation Rwanda is a non-profit association of Rwandan law. Inades-Formation is the common name of “African Institute for Economic and Social Development – African Training Center”. Inades-Formation Rwanda was established in 1976.
It was granted legal personality by Ministerial Decree No. 119 of 22 August 1977, revised by Ministerial Decree No. 75/11 of 18 April 2006. The mission of Inades – Training Rwanda is specified by its statutes: “To work for the social and economic advancement of Rwanda, especially through training activities, giving priority to rural populations”.
It currently consists of 27 members. The Board of Directors, composed of 7 members, is elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term. It develops strategies for implementing the guidelines and monitors the operation and management of the National Office.

Rwanda Consumer’s Rights Protection Organization (ADECOR) is a Civil Society Organisation established in 2008 with a Legal personality since 2009.
Its establishment was based fundamental principles of Consumer rights. Since its creation, ADECOR has built networks and partnership with other organizations.
In this angle, it is full member of Consumer International since 2013 and member of Africa Consumers dialogue since 2012. It has also established partnerships with other consumers’ organizations in many countries.
At national level, ADECOR is member of Scaling up Nutrition Alliance in Rwanda (SUN Alliance Rwanda),Rwanda National Diary Platform (RNDP), Umbrella Association of Human Rights Organizations in Rwanda (CLADHO), Rwanda National Food Fortification Alliance (NFA).
